Full-Service Management

What's included:

• Everything in the Managed Maintenance Plan

• Monthly visit by a vetted handyman to complete your four standard monthly tasks:

  • Change HVAC air filter

  • Check under sinks, toilets, and appliances for leaks

  • Exterior walk-around

  • Test smoke and CO detectors

• All visit tasks logged directly into your Home Tracker app by Art + Craft — you don't have to do a thing

• Art + Craft manages your app on your behalf, keeping your maintenance history current

• Handyman services at $95/hour for anything beyond the standard monthly visit*

*Handyman services are billed at $95/hour. For work requiring a licensed trade — plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and similar — Art + Craft coordinates three bids from our vetted network so you can choose the right fit. Licensed trade pricing is set by the individual contractor.

Single-trade jobs under $3,000 are covered under plan coordination at no extra fee. Jobs over $3,000 or involving multiple trades may qualify as a project management engagement — we'll let you know before anything moves forward.
