For Homeowners & Clients

A clear path from first idea to final walkthrough.

1. Discovery Call

Your project starts with a quick phone call to understand your goals, budget, and timeline. We’ll answer initial questions and schedule your on-site visit.

2. On-Site Visit

We meet you at your home to see the space in person, take measurements, and discuss materials and design ideas. You’ll know exactly what happens next before we leave.

3. Detailed Estimate

Within a week, we’ll send a transparent proposal outlining scope, pricing, and schedule — no hidden costs, no surprises.

4. Project Kickoff

Once approved, we handle everything: scheduling, communication, and coordination between trades. You’ll receive weekly updates and progress photos, so you always know what’s happening.

5. Completion & Follow-Up

When the work is done, we walk through the project together to ensure every detail is right. You’ll receive before-and-after photos and final documents, and we’ll check in afterward to make sure you’re still thrilled.

For Trade Partners & Service Providers

We keep your business organized so you can stay on the jobsite doing what you do best.

1. Start with a Conversation

Tell us a bit about your business — what kind of work you do, what slows you down, and what kind of help you need.
We’ll set up a short intro call to understand how we can make your business run smoother.

2. Choose Your Level of Support

Trade Support Services (Admin Help)

We act as your office team — handling:

  • Scheduling and client communication

  • Estimates and proposals

  • Change orders and project tracking

  • Invoicing and payment follow-up

You’ll gain more time for the work itself, fewer headaches, and faster payments.
You don’t have to be on one of our client projects to use this service — we’ll organize and manage your independent jobs just like we do our own.

Preferred Vendor Network

If you’d like to receive project leads and collaborate with our client projects, we’ll verify your credentials (W-9, insurance, references) and add you to our network.
Vendors in our network get first notice of upcoming work that matches their skills and location.

3. Set Up Your Systems

We’ll help you get organized — even if you’ve never had a formal process.
That might mean setting up shared project tracking, email templates, or invoice systems.
You can keep your brand front and center while we handle the workflow behind it.
