Step 3 — Your buyer gets set up They redeem the code, create their account, and start receiving their monthly checklist. You get to be the reason they started homeownership on the right foot.
The Upgrade Path
And if they want more support down the road?
Happy House members who want to upgrade to a paid Art + Craft plan get $160 off any annual plan — the value of the gift you gave them, applied toward whatever level of support they need next.
They can move up to our Managed Maintenance Plan, where Art + Craft monitors their home and coordinates vetted handyman and trade services, or our Full-Service Plan, where we handle everything including a monthly maintenance visit. The upgrade is their choice, on their timeline. The $160 just makes it an easier yes.

Who are we?
Art + Craft is a Central Texas project management company founded by Blair Smith and Alesha Fitzsimons. Between us we have more than 20 years of experience managing commercial construction projects and home renovations in Austin and surrounding areas — sometimes as the people running the job, sometimes as the commercial property/homeowners living through it.
We started Art + Craft because we kept seeing the same problem from every angle. Homeowners overwhelmed by maintenance they didn't know how to prioritize. Great tradespeople losing money to disorganization and poor communication. Projects that should have been straightforward turning into expensive, stressful ordeals — because nobody was coordinating the whole picture.
Art + Craft exists to fix that. For homeowners, we offer maintenance plans that keep their home protected year round, project management that puts a real advocate in their corner, and access to vetted trades they can actually trust. For contractors and small trade businesses, we handle the administrative side of their work so they can stay focused on what they do best. Everything we offer comes from having lived all of it ourselves — as project managers, small retail business owners finishing out our unique commercial spaces, as contractors, and as homeowners.
Beyond the home maintenance plans, we offer two additional services:
Project Management When a home project gets too big to manage alone, we step in as your dedicated project manager and owner's rep. We coordinate trades, track timelines, handle all communication, and make sure the work gets done right — with your interests as the priority. Our lived experience is what makes us effective advocates for you.
Administrative Support for Trades We also work with independent contractors and small trade companies to handle the business side of their work — scheduling, estimates, invoices, and customer communication. If you've worked with someone whose craft you trust but whose follow-through leaves something to be desired, send them our way.
