*Handyman services are billed at $95/hour. For work requiring a licensed trade — plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and similar — Art + Craft coordinates three bids from our vetted network so you can choose the right fit. Licensed trade pricing is set by the individual contractor.
The monthly visit covers one hour of standard maintenance tasks. Additional handyman time is billed at $95/hour. Single-trade jobs under $3,000 are coordinated at no extra fee. Jobs over $3,000 or involving multiple trades may qualify as a project management engagement.
